- Open to UK residents (including IoM and CI), aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Nestlé UK Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- To enter without purchase in Northern Ireland, please send your name and address to; “Nestlé WIN £20 NPN, PO Box 122, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 5UU” Only one entry per stamped, mailed envelope. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties are strictly forbidden and will not be accepted. Winners will be notified within 28 days of receipt of application.
- Closing date for receipt of claims/entries is 31.12.08.
- There are 100,000 prizes of £20 to be won via pre-determined winning codes printed inside promotional wrappers featuring the ‘WIN £20’ flash.
- For a chance to win, text the code printed inside promotional wrappers to 07786 201120 to arrive no later than midnight on 31.12.08. Entries will be charged at the entrants’ standard operator/network tariff. Winners advised immediately.
- £20 prizes will be paid as cheques and will be sent by post within 28 days of receipt of winning claims. Cheques will be made payable to the name, and sent to the address, provided by the claimant.
- Winning claims are subject to a full verification process and applicants should retain their wrappers until they have received confirmation of whether they are a winner, as winning wrappers will be required to claim the prize.
- Proof of texting/sending is not accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable for non- or late receipt of any entry/application, due to operator or network error, or delay in the post, nor for any associated cost to claimants.
- Winning wrappers that have been altered, defaced, amended, damaged or not printed for use in this promotion will be invalid.
- The Promoter will not accept Codes that cannot be read due to the way the wrapper has been opened. If the Code cannot be read due to a genuine printing error, please return the wrapper to the Promoter at "Nestlé Win £20, PO Box 122, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 5UU". Please include your name and full address details and a replacement Code will be sent to you.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment of the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud or in the event that winner notification and/or the winning code has been incorrectly (e.g. by reason of technical fault, computer and/or printing error) printed and/or generated and/or sent to the winner by the Promoter or on the Promoter's behalf.
- Codes are case sensitive and must be text exactly as they appear in the pack.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
- For a list of winners, send a stamped SAE to "Nestlé Win £20, PO Box 122, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 5UU" marked “Winner”
