CARNATION Chocolate Filling is a deliciously creamy ready-made filling for you to make your favourite homemade deserts simply and to perfection. Say goodbye to shopping bags-full of ingredients; simply pour the chocolate filling into every pastry case or over a crumble base and, with a dollop of cream on top to finish, you'll have created a velvety smooth, rich dessert guaranteed to impress.

Impress any guest quickly and easy with this berry delicious dessert.
- 450g (1lb) mixed berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc
- 100ml (3 ½ pt fl oz) sweet dessert wine such as Muscat or Beaume de Venise
- 100g (3 ½ oz) caster sugar
- 3 mini panettone (or brioche)
- 397g can CARNATION Chocolate Filling
- Cocoa for dusting, optional
Put the berries into a bowl, halving or quartering any large strawberries. Mix together the wine and sugar and pour over the fruit. Put to one side, and stir the mixture occasionally.
Cut off the rounded top of each panettone. Slice each panettone into four. Lightly toast the slices until golden brown.
To serve, put a slice of panettone onto a serving plate, spoon or pipe a little CARNATION Chocolate Filling on top and then spoon over some fruit and syrup. Top with a second slice, more CARNATION Chocolate Filling, fruit and syrup. Dust with a little cocoa if liked and serve.
This dessert can easily be made in one dish: just arrange the toasted panetonne and CARNATION Chocolate Filling in a shallow bowl, scatter over the fruits and pour over the syrup. Try using orange segments, sliced mango or banana for some tasty variety.
