The British National Martial Arts Association (BNMAA) provides support and guidance to over 7,000 instructors across the UK and Ireland and improves the lives of many people through the lessons of discipline, self-control and a healthy lifestyle - as well as enhancing confidence in young people and improving concentration and educational focus. The BNMAA was formed to celebrate and unify the differences between all martial arts, through their mutual appreciation of the benefits of each, and seeks to entice more people into participating and enjoying in these disciplines, as well as introducing those already involved with one aspect to try another.

The Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain is Europe's largest single martial arts organisation. Tae Kwon-Do is a martial art that teaches discipline, self esteem and general character building. It is also a sport that encourages physical improvement, competitiveness and a high development of personal skills. All of this is achieved by a method of teaching and testing that also fulfils the requirements of the National Educational Curriculum.
Children's classes are always safe and teaching is geared to having fun whilst learning skills that will hopefully enhance their life and guide them to a brighter future.
All members are encouraged to abide by the tenets of Tae Kwon-Do which are Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control, Indomitable Spirit.
